Find yourself a Garrison Right!

You can garrison troops in the cities of fellow alliance-mates without the need of a garrison right.

Following up on General sweet tea's message.
please do not waste diplomacy points on this right.

If we ever need to do this with someone outside our alliance then I can do it for the whole alliance and it will not cost any of you diplomacy points.

The whole point of joining an alliance is that the leader get to do the dirty work of upgrading and maintaining embassies, while you can use your resources and spaces to build and grow
